“How to Write a Project Narrative People Care About.”
Durango, CO – The Southwest Colorado Small Business Development Center announces a new workshop entitled,
The program, designed for non-profits, will explain how to craft a stronger story to build partnerships, attract funding and shape how the larger community talks about the work they do.
The premise is to deconstruct the current logic model and storytelling framework based on the “And, But, Therefore” method. Attendees will construct a simple storyboard to craft consistently strong project narratives.
Facilitator and writer, Jeff Sand helps nonprofits tell a more compelling story using interwoven branding, marketing and fundraising strategies. Jeff is the creator of Grantiply.com, an online training center for grant writers. He enjoys working with nonprofits to refine their messaging to create more effective websites.
The program will be held on Monday, April 17, 2017 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at the First National Bank of Durango, Community Room.
